: Someone else may have a different opinion, but I think its normal (from my whopping experience of one glider :)) Eos slept almost around the clock at first (she was very young when I got her) but now she is up all night and into the morning. I think maybe they need more sleep when they are growing, like children.
: Good luck!

: : Hi. I don't post that often on here but I read all the questions everyday. I've read the archives and I have not found the answer to my question. My gliders both females sleep all day and night until about 3:00am. I've read that most gliders wake up at around 10 or 11pm. I am wondering if this is normal. They usually stay up until 12pm,then sleep until 3am.They are still quite young about 8 weeks opp. If this is abnormal please give suggestions. Thank you for your help.

surgar gliders are a nocturnal animal, and sleep during the day, and party all night. But there sleeping habits can be reversed, do not worry if they sleep to much, but try to ive them a little protien at least once a week. this will help to insure a healthy glider.
