First, I have to agree with Bob that this is something you have to be prepared to deal with if you get a glider. Not all gliders are trainable, it seems, and I've never heard of a glider that didn't have some accidents. That said, I can also tell you that Eos is pretty much potty trained. I can tell you what I did, but my sister tried the same with her glider to no avail.

I started with her when I very first got her, which I think made a difference. EVERY SINGLE TIME I took her out of her pocket or cage or whatever, I put her onto a newspaper. She would run off, and I would set her back on (an endless process at first). It didn't take too many battles like this until she figured out what to do. Also, she had this little scoot kind of dance that she would do as a baby before going, so I watched for that and set her on the paper then, too. Don't let the glider come back onto you until he has gone, and you have to be really consistent and patient. Eos, at least, will pee the very last thing; then I know she is really done.
Also, it's not like the glider is going to decide to walk over to the paper - you have to decide when it needs to go. When it wakes up or has been out a while, put it on the paper, etc. Eos is so well trained that it gets frustrating sometimes because I set her down for a sec, and she goes. Anyway, I hope that helps. Remember that no method is going to be 100% effective, so people who can't deal with this shouldn't get gliders as pets.
