One other thing that I haven't noticed mentioned is the fact that sg's have to be kept very warm. I didn't keep my first one warm enough and he died of pneumonia. Sugar gliders need a constant temperature of at least 75 degrees Farenheit. They usually live in groups of 6-15, so their combined body heat keeps them warm. If you only have one or two, you have to provide them with some means of heat. I learned this the hard way, and lost a very precious pet.
