I bought Marco sight unseen. The pet store that i went to had a female glider as their in store pet, I held her and fell in love.Before i put in my order for one I bought a book on Gliders and took it home and read it. The next day I placed an order for a female, Two weeks later they called me and I went to pick her up,But she was a he.They told me I could wait a couple more weeks for a female, But I decided to keep him.

: 2. Did you get a tight bond with your glider?

We bonded right off,when I picked him up from the pet store He jumped right to me. I had my husband hold him while I was writing the check and he jumped right back to me.When we got home with him my brother wanted to see him so I handed him to my brother,Marco was in a little pouch that the pet store gave me, as soon as I handed Marco to him he started crabbing like crazy and as soon as I took him back he imediatley stopped.

: 3. How long was the bonding process?

He bonded right away, the first 2 days when I would reach in to his pouch to get him out he would crab for just a minute.After I got him out he was fine.

: 4. What did you go through crabbing, biting, etc..at the beginning?

A little crabbing, no biting, Just light nips.

: 5. was any of the subsequent gliders as tight a bond as the first?

He's my 1 and only.
