The fact that he crawls under your piece of undershirt , says that he doesn't mind you at all. If he hated you he would have moved the piece of shirt out. Be careful that you have enough room in there for him and the undershirt as well, Also be sure the pouch is big enough for him to have air circulating at least through the top. If that is what you want to do. I use a royal crown bag in my long sleeved shirts that i wear over my pocket tee. That way if they become startled they will go into their pouch. But, we have a "Ferret Couch Pouch" we use in their cage it is big, quilted andi fleece lined. Wear a long sleeved shirt, when he comes out. That way, as I told you in the email, "his flannel" he will uninate on it deficate on it and it will have both your and his scents. I am not one to advocate the use of cat food,.. but that is your choice, as Far as mealworms, YES get them you will make friends with him much faster. Mealworms, crickets, boiled chicken, scrambled eggs, are all a good protien source. use the shell when you make him the egg. The fruits and veggies you named are all fine, red grapes, apples, and, peas, are common favorites. mine like bits of dehydrated bananas, and freeze dried papaya. all these pices should be about the size of your pinky nail. You can also give him a little fruit juice, the fav here is apple grape juice. a little bit though, mine will drink then not eat much, the same with corn, they will eat that and nothing else, but corn has little nutritional value and could cause constipation. Good luck Roy
