My baby is 5 months and 14 days old. She is having irregular bowl movement before she used to have one or sometimes two bowl movements in a day of a little thick cosostency now she is having two to three bowl movements in a day some what thin but not too watery.

Advise if it is normal or not. I have been feeding her banana and rice cereal and breastmilk. I also give her boiled water.
Her activities are normal and I did not see any signs of dehrdration.

Please advise if I am doing the right thing or is there any thing I should be aware of.
