I myself, always suggest the pouch especially for new people that are just bonding with their gliders, For many reasons, I have found, working with a lot of new owners that the gliders are less possessive of their pouch than they are with a box, It is more like mommas pouch, and I suggest hanging it on the door, being very careful the pouch clears the hinges. After the initial time in the cage , the first 3-7 days, it is easier to take the pouch out and pin it inside of an outer shirt and carry them with you , and them still feel safe. when you are ready to put them back, just replace the pouch back to the cage...
