I just wanted to express my symathy for you. I too have personally had to care for a dying glider and held mine while she took her last breath.I know that for me after I had this experience, I almost sold my other gliders because I felt so badly about the one that died and that I had done something wrong. I was terribly sick inside for days and like you I was wondering what more I caould have done for her.
Please take comfort that you tried to save her, and that you loved her while she died. My heart goes out to you, and please know that eventually you will feel better about things.
