Hey Daze, It sounds like you know a lot and I don't know if I can help, but maybe someone else can. Whenever Eos is awake, she wants to explore and is not to interested in hanging around me unless I entertain her. Do you ever play with yours like with a string or rope or straw? Eos also likes to finger wrestle. She's sort of like playing with a tiny cat. Are there any times in the day when you could carry your SG? Try giving it a treat whenever you hold it, or putting your finger down in the pocket and giving it a treat and then petting it. Eos loves cheese, mealworms, and nuts (as dietary staples, not good, but as treats they are okay). She loves to be scratched under the chin and on the belly right when she is waking up. If your SG jumps off you, put it back in your pocket and pin it in - they are fast learners and it will learn to go there on its own. Where did you get the pouch and octupus? They sound cool. Your glider is lucky to have you...I bet she will come around eventually. Best of luck; I wish I could help more, T a,I'm disturbed. I got her when she was probably already about 8 months and she was'nt really paid attention to by her previous owner (I found froot loops on the bottom of her cage when he brought her over.:/ ) I've had her for a year. I try and play with her alot,(meaning I spend alot of time trying to play with her but she just runs from me, you know, real quality time.) I can pet her, and she does'nt really bite me as much anymore when I have to catch her and pick her up for some reason(a total kameakamea bitch). I've learned alot from checking in here, but,I don't really ask questions cause eventually something I need pops up. I use many of the educated tips that are mentioned and I hit every website on the web. I know that I have to carry her around a lot more when she's sleeping, When I do this, she gets better. I just ordered a cool bonding pouch online that zips and has mesh for her to look out of and a hemp octupus toy that will be fun and promote hemp use too:). I won't be able to take her with me places though because I live in Tahoe(aka Siberia). Thanks for you your concern, PLEASE keep the tips coming. I know that I could never take her to work or through a salad bar without her running away and screaming in a little voice "I'm free, I'm free!" but of course I have Glideritis so I'll do what I can to make her happy.
