Subject: Bonding

In concern of the bonding with my female glider, Pookie. Had her for 39 days now.
My glider's personality seem to be that it doesn't like to stay in my pocket or in between two shirts. In fact I think its sometime taumatic and stressful for her. I'm pretty sure that my glider recognizes my scent but I feel that gaining its full trust has been coming along very slowly. When I take her out into another room she tend to cling on to my shirt, more often on my upper back. But when I sit down she would climb off and start running off on furniture.

I have a few questions:

1. Can you still have a good bond with a glider even though it is not pocket trained? So in other words, in the future will my glider tend to want to stay on me rather than running off or when given to another person to hold?

2. My glider has never nipped me, but does alot of nibbling just like puppies. I can coax her to sleep in my hand by petting her. Also, I can sometime stick my hand in the cage when she is most active and get her to jump on my hand, crawling onto my arms, then to my shoulder so that she comes out on her own free will. She gets about an hour to roam freely in my room and another hour where she stays on me as I go about my daily business.
Given these positive aspects, how am I doing?

3. Should I even deal with the crabbing in pocket or should I just accept the fact that my glider feels insecure about it; therefore, I shouldn't force it on her?

Greatly appreciate all advice and responses.
