I was also told to get the lowest priced cat food (cat Cafe) plus feed them parrot food and sweet potatoes. Fortunately I had done enough research already to know that cheap cat food was out.

Toys.....they can play pretty rough sometimes can't they. My two had knocked down thier perches and everything.
