We converted our garage to a barn with 2 rooms. One rome is kept at 60 - 65 degrees year round for the chinchillas and the other room is kept at 72 - 76 degrees for the sugar gliders. They have better heat and air conditioning than I do :-)

We are in Colorado, near Denver.
