Apparently the barking is how they verbally locate each other at night in the dark. People have had some success with keeping a little nightlight on or a light in an adjoining room. Does he have the cage in his bedroom? Personally, I wouldn't want the cage in my bedroom as they're nocturnal and I'm definately not! Need my sleep....

: ok, My son has been woken up 2 nights in a row from them barking, not the chatter and crabbing, but he says an all out an out bark, he thought maybe the neighbors dog was at his window trying to tell him something. Is barking something I should be concerened about? Mom and Dad 2 babies who are oop around 10 weeks or so. Thanks
