I bought a wild cought male once and was told he was in a bunch of them imported from Indonesia. It took two years to tame him. I was told it's highly illegal to export gliders from Australia, so I'm surprised someone would tell you they have them from there.
He never did "bond" since he was a few years old when I got him. We have a "relationship", but I think his heart's with his mamma.
The bald spot size varies glider to glider, hard to generalize them, like us people, each different. I don't think it will get any bigger after the glider is 2 or 3 years old.
