Ok, I've been looking into this in detail today - marsupials are pretty much prohibited everywhere. At least they have been in 100% of the places I've called so far. So here's my question - those of you who are breeding them where they are prohibited, how do you avoid trouble? How do you advertise your babies? Do you get any flack? Has anyone been caught? I think many may mistakenly think they are allowed where they live. I did. The book I read said I lived in an area where they weren't banned, so did Critters usa. But talking directly to the people who have copies of the by laws, ugh ugh. I spoke with Animal Control places, city halls, etc. If you don't want to write something on here, e mail me privately. I want to hear some feedback on this, I'm desperate to, I feel all alone on this...and I don't know what to do.
