I checked with a Fish and Game guy in Cali, and he seemed pretty convinced about the illegal status of all marsupials there. He's probably right, but i was wondering where you got that quoted exemption from about being able to bring them in if part of an established household. I couldn't find it on the legal info web pages at ca.gov.
