When I had my snake, I bred mice for him as he needed to eat pinkies. Often I would have baby mice that got too big to feed to the snake so I would give them to the gliders. They really enjoyed eating them and I only watched the first time (eew.) After that I would leave the room.
I wouldn't give any of my pets the feeder animals that come from pet shops as they are often kept in unsanitary conditions.

: Hey all,
: I must sound like a wimp, but I couldn't imagine feeding a pinky to my gliders. I have a snake and have no problem feeding him them. I see the gliders eat crickets, and it is very gruesome. They just eat the crickets piece by piece, and couldn't watch that with a pinky. I am sure that is a rather disgusting site.
