But he is very sweet and has never bitten me, although he does like to nibble on my toes. : He is very independent and reminds me of owning a cat. He visits me when HE feels like it. The rest of the time he investigates and climbs all over the apartment. He "checks in" with me every now and again by either climbing on me a little or by hopping on my head. Since I cannot see him when he is up there, I have no idea exactly what he is doing, but it feels like he is digging his way to the next continent! It almost feels like he is either chewing on my hair or "pumping with his paws" like cats do. Sometimes it really hurts and I'll yell, "Ouch, that hurts!" and he will climb over to the front of my head and look me in the eyes, as if to say, 'Did you say something?' :-) Then he disappears again, digging away. : Has anyone else experienced this? Carrying a glider around on my head in public, certainly would get alot of attention I think. But, it certainly is not my idea of fun. :-) : Bicho is certainly the most entertaining pet that I have ever owned. I am enjoying him tremendously. Tanya, my little guy is only 3months old, so he isn't gliding from high places or anything, but he does love to dig up under my hair from the neck. He seems to enjoy sitting on my arm and grabbing the end of my hair, too, with both hands, and sucking on it. Strange behavior, I know, but he enjoys it so I just let him go. He doesn't even seem to be playing... it seems like a very nurturing, motivated thing to him. I wish I knew why they do it, but if I had to guess I might say digging to look for our pouch? Good luck- Kim
