: I was just wondering, those of you that have built a cage yourself... how much did it cost to make? It's not so much that price matters, it's just that I have found some pretty cool cages online but rather pricy! If building one costs about the same, I'd rather have someone else make it. My hubby is'nt exactly "Tim the Toolman"!! Thanks for any advice on this,

I built a 6'3" x 28" x 28" cage for $125.

This was for about 40' of vinyl wire, 3 door locks, 1lb of stainless steel rings, a ringer tool, and a 30" x 30" plastic tray for the cage to sit in. I have five shelves built into it and my Gliders love it! Only took me about a day to build. You'll only need a good pair of wire snips other than the ringer for tools.

I got all this through Klubertanz. I don't have the number since my buddy has the catalog. Does anybody else have it?

Just for the record, I haven't been around lately. Been busy with work and my new glider. We got Rafiki a little buddy last week. Please welcome Marcel to the group. Wow! have they been loud singing to each other!

Happy Gliding,
Craig
