Funny, Leia, your glider probably isn't shivering at all! Mine did that at first, and still does it when new people are around, because infact, he is smelling. Being the psychotically observant and pampering pet owner that I am, I noticed it immediately and called my breeder. He told me that he wasn't shivering at all, but sniffing, and checking out his new territory. I stopped by a few days later at the breeder's house and showed him what I meant, just to be sure. He said for sure, he was just sniffing around. He quits after a minute or two once he gets an idea of his "Olfactory environment." So never fear!!
