i'm not sure how some people do it...but i found some stuff at my petstore here, called "GUT LOAD".....all you need to do is place some of it in a small container with the crickets, for at least 24 hrs,, the crickets will eat this stuff (it looks like it might be stuff like hay cracked corn and stuff) then after 24 hrs you can feed the crickets to your babies.....from what i understand of it.....the crickets are usually not fed while they are at the pet store, and are extremely malnurished, so this gives them back some of the nutrients they and the gliders need...
