I use one of them long forgotten fany packs, I leave the pouch part at my stomach, it's zippered, and the nylon breathes easy, and I am more aware of them moving around. I tried the one where I wear it in my shirt, didn't work. I pinned pouch to out side of shirt but it bounced around to much. So I went to the fanny pack.
