my landlord keeps my apt around 75-80 most of the time, but if you find it may be too cold for them, you can pick up a small electric space heater and place it in the room...you can get them that have a temp control so you can set it to a specific temp (works better if the cage is in a room where the door can be at least partially closed) or if you can't find one with the temp settings you could use a timer in the socket (about $10 at walmart) and set it so the temp will range 70-80...hope this might help.
