Thought the fighting may sound and look quite rough, it may not be. I have a male and a female and sometimes they too will really get into it. It does look scary, but niether of them have ever gotten an injury. If you do notice a blood, scabs are anything else that looks like an actual injury, I would seperate them as soon as possible. Also, a larger cage might help out alot. Good Luck
