He got them "dumped on him" after his sister left for college. This guy is selling them for $250 each, and if he can't get that for them, he won't let anyone have them. Since I'm a friend of someone he knows, he's willing to lower the price for me. I decided this morning that I'm going to get them, but I just don't know if I can keep them even though I already have two. How will it affect them and our relationship? Will they hate me or feel rejected? Should I keep them in separate rooms or in the same room? Even if he's lying about letting them go, I can't let them stay with this guy. He obviously could care less about them and that just isn't right!
