Ok, I got our first glider about a year ago. His name is Aussie
we love him to death. Just about 2 1/2 months ago we found a female
at a local pet store. She was pretty mean when we got her, I mean I
was ready to take her back to the pet store. But when we got her home
and she met Aussie she was as tame as could be. They got along really well.
After about a month we noticed a little lump. She had one joey baking.
They still got along fine for about a month, then Lady, (that's what we named her),got real greedy, don't know if greedy is the right word. She don't like for Aussie to eat at all. She fine up until we feed them she then she goes off she likes to hord the food. She eats until she is about to blow. I feed them so much I don't see how the can eat it all. If Aussie wants to eat he has to fight for it. He's a bit bigger so he usually wins, But I'm worried about the baby. I don't know if this is normal, I don't think it is. Now I've put them in a larger cage, 36"x36"x36" so maybe it might help. I really have grown to like Lady, and we really love Aussie, and would love to have a little baby joey. But we really don't know what to do. Should we separate them? I really need some input. We appreciate any advice.
