Wendy, We all have been sick and I probably the longest of all this winter, but we too are very careful, when the colds are peaking, we don't do anything with our gliders except feed them and before we do that we wash our hands very good with anti-bacterial Dawn and pour alcohol over them. If for no reson than just precautionary, Gliders have known to die of upper respitory illnesses, so I, myself, and my family, take no chances.
