This is completely normal, the day when they've come Out Of Pouch, or OOP. This is when they're too big to fit inside their mum's pouch anymore . She'll continue to take care of them, and she and papa glider will carry them around piggy-back style, and they'll put their heads back into her pouch to nurse.
However, if mum's not carrying them around or they cry constantly because they're hungry, then it's your turn to raise them, but I doubt they'll need it. Gliders tend to be excellent mommies. Congratulations! :)
