Kim, if you leave some fresh beaters in there for her each night, she will eat it eventually, while you are doing that also keep fresh fruits veggies, and some chicken or turkey.. I have found with mine if i give them a bunch of corn or fruit juice they won't eat much of anything else. You can also try mixing some of the veggies in with the leadbeaters..
