First off YOU asked, so that gives them the right to tell you how it is.
Second, you can't predict how she will do no matter how close you two are.
All you can say is she's never paniced before, that is not to say she won't,
and why take a chance just to show off? I had a Great Dane once that I could
take ANYWHERE, in a boat, to the hospital....to the 4th of July fireworks, but
on our 3rd trip, something or someone spooked him. I didn't have a hold of his
leash well (he was so well bonded to me that he never left my side for ANYTHING ~
the only reason I had him on a leash that day was because it was the law when in
public.....)anyway, he darted into the street and was hit by a passing car. He spent
3 weeks and a lot of $$$ in the vets. He only lived 2 years after that...I think in
part to that day. You NEVER know what an animal, or a human will do when spooked ~~ EVER.
Please learn from my mistake and realize what it is you are risking.

Jennifer
