I too have a glider the likes to bite. I have started saying (firmly) NO - she will stop, look up at me and I will say don't bite and rub her head and lately she has started moving on to other things. Who knows if she is really "getting it" or if all she is hearing when I talk is blah, blah, blah.

If anyone else has any suggestions - I would like to hear success stories. I have a 6 and an 8 year old - and while Koa is too little for it to actually hurt now, I heard it is quite painful once they become adults, and this could be hazardous to the glider if a 6 year old has a normal jerking reaction to a painful bite.

Thanks!
: Hi! i would welcome an idea about how to "correct" my ill-tempered (but loved anyway......despite all the bite marks:) ) little guy. he bites for seemingly know reason. he is a juvi...and they go through a nippy stage. but i have never heard of any way to correct. then maybe i can get him to stay away from my candles. he doesn't actually eat them, just takes chunks and drops them. i don't want him to accidentally ingest anything. i appreciate any help. thanks!
