I would leave dad in, he can be a big help to her. They have been know to take care of the babies too. I hope everything works out well for you this time...I just might be expecting a joey or two also..I still feel that Juliet lost her first set do to an unstable diet.. JO
: Well after all our baby losses we have decided to revamp our : gliders care. First we have removed their pouch and put in a wood nesting box, hoping this will give them more room ,plus it is on the floor : of the cage so maybe this will help if Polly does get PG again with not having to climb around unnessacarily(sp?) : Also we are going to try the modified leadbeaters mix and cut back on the mealworms (although fat doesn't seem to have been the prob..we don't want to take any chances. : I know there is controversy on the calcium/phos issue, but we have been using the one with phosphate in it so are switching to phos free. : And even tho a breeder did tell us to take dad out when we see mom pg.it seems as most of you keep him in...so we are going to give it another try ,as I thought Dad seemed to be doing an ok job. : Does anyone here have opinions on wether dad should stay or go ? : A Big Thank You to those who emailed us with advice when we lost our last baby. : We have taken all advice into account and will hopefully one day have a healthy baby :) : Thanks again...Tina
