Subject: switching cages...

hi! i have a new cage for Java that he own't use! the cage had been left on the floor for a week, and he played, in, on and around it. then i moved it to it's permanent location. i would give him treats and he played, in, on, and around. added toys to the cage, in, on,etc. when it came time for him to go into it, to sleep. he threw a fit! after i had closed the door, he kept circling the cage, not in a fun way, but in a way that he looked stressed. so i oppened and he nuzzled my neck, like he does when he is frightened. i have tried bribery, slow intro. placing him in the cage while asleep and being there when he wakes up, then feeding him baby food through the cage bars (trying to get a positive association out of him). before he went in there, his sleeping bags and pouches were moved there along with our "training " T-shirt. (he usually sleeps under this) he just really doesn't like it and i can't figure ot why. it was washed when i brought it home, so that it would smell of no other animal. it is new, but i don't take chances, any suggestions to get him over his fear of this new cage? it is twice the size of his old one, i feel he will be much happier there, he seems afraid of it?
