Subject: Help!!!! Sore foot!

I noticed that Eos has a sore place in the fold of her skin between her thumb and palm. It is cracked and bleeding, and her whole foot is peeling. I don't know if this is due to the dry air here or if she might have injured it somehow, or could it be a diet deficiency? Should I take her to the vet or does anyone have an idea of what to do for her.
