It was grossing me out and I had to pick them up with tweezers (I'm such a wimp) but she loved them. My question is, do I feed them to her every day? When we first got our gliders, my wife refused to have anything to do with feeding them mealworms. After seeing how much attention I got from Piper and Jenny at snack time, she got over her disgust fairly quickly. We order them 1000 at a time from Grubco and keep them in the refrigerator. It takes a while for two gliders to go through that many (6-7 each per night), but they seem to last that long. It's a lot cheaper and more convenient than running out to the pet store for 50 or 100 at a time. We have read conflicting information about how often and how many we should be feeding to our gliders, but our vet said that it was OK every day. Gliders are, after all, insectivores in the wild.
