: : : I have had my first glider for almost a month. Jules is : : very young, and not bonded yet. Although when I have him : : out of his cage, the first place he likes to go is on my : : shoulder right up under my hair. When he gets scared, he : : goes in my hair and on my head. I am no expert, but this : : seems pretty natural for gliders. Hope this helps. : : Happy Gliding!! Crystal : It wasn't really like they were hiding in our hair: : My little female Roxy was sitting on my shoulder w/a fistful : of hair in each hand and would alternate in licking each : handful. Occassionally she would chew on the ends. : Our male Kane was getting up on my husbands shoulder, : standing up, grabbing a fistful of hair, pulling it, tasting : it, and then finally pulled a bit out and chewed on it a : minute or two. : I guess I just wanted to know if my husband was in for a : haircut everytime the gliders are out :) : Libbie Libbie, Again, I am new at all of this but from what I have read, gliders tend to look for nutrients that they are lacking in their diets. I don't know what this may be, but another thing might be what kind of shampoo do you and your husband use? does it have a strawberry or kiwi scent? or maybe guava? You never know, maybe that's why. Happy Gliding!! Crystal
