Perhaps I am lucky, perhaps it is because Klyde is a VEGAS bred(haha) I put her in a fanny pack from the day I got her, drove back to...uh an unmentionable state and let her settle in her cage. the next day while she waas sleeping I scooped her up and away we went. I felt her move a bit, but mostly, if it is during the day they just curl up and sleep. For a little while when you move you'll get crabbed at, but once they get used to the movement they sleep right thru. Now I can open the pouch and even take her out and she doesn't even bother opening her eyes.
