My mom is allergic to dogs and guinea pigs,but do you think she will be highly allergic to a female glider,she said if she's only somewhat allergic she'll be ok but i dont know.Any suggestions?

I don't know the answer for sure, but gliders have a LOT less dander than dogs and guinea pigs. The dander is USUALLY what causes the allergic reaction (though not in all cases). I don't think there would be as much chance of an allergy, but is it possible to take your mom to visit gliders before you buy one (pet store? breeder?)? I hope she's not because they are lovely animals to be with and care for.

I plan on getting one from a breeder,they shouldn't be at a petstore at all it is so....much stress and most of the time they are not healthy due to malnutristion.Thanks so much for the help! Anna
