Thanks for the email....Finally I have a place where I can access the mail - - still not at a place where I'm able to send it. Re: your questions. First Id give up the weiners and the dry cat food. (Things like weiners have too many chemicals and preservatives; probably the same is true of cats which are mostly carnivores.) There is a difference of opinion about monkey biscuit, but my animals all love it and devour it dry. Gliders are omnivores, but they eat more fruits and veggies (70%). Monkeys eat mostly fruit, I think - don't quote me on that one - so I cannot see how the monkey biscuit would hurt gliders. My original pair has eaten it as long as I have had them - nearly five years with no ill effects. My only suggestion is that in addition to your regular diet you try adding just one new thing in addition - to see if it works. Do you have Caroline MacPherson's book SUGAR GLIDERS? It is an ABSOLUTE MUST HAVE for any sugar glider owner. You should read it, and try to use some common sense; here you will find some variance in opinion, and everyone (of course) thinks he's right. I don't agree with your vet about the fruit; in saying this I'm assuming you feed FRESH. (Never, never feed your gliders canned fruit - that has too much sugar and lacks nutritional value.) If you email me your mailing address, I'll send you mine...Sorry for the snail mail, but I haven't been able to send yet.

Nette, I need you to email me your postal mailing address if you'd like me to mail a postcard. I'm only contacting you because I have not been able to send out email--too dumb--can't get the (bah humbug) computer to do it..
