Hi there, Well some people say that one glider is fine but many other people disagree. They say even with your love they will get lonley, and what happens if you are really busy one night and only have a few minutes to keep her spend with her? I personally bought two gliders, also have two dogs. I prefer to keep things in pairs so they can keep each other company. I highly reccomened getting her a friend. Your choice. Feel free to e-mail me if you have anything to add or ask. katescritters@hotmail.com Katie

It is OK to have one glider IF you plan to spend adequate TIME EVERY DAY with it. (90% of the people I know have just one but most of them take it to work with them---not everyone can do that, me included.) If you can't spend enough quality time with your glider, then by all means get a second one. (If you get a m & f, you should have the m neutered - unless you are prepared to get GOOD homes for them and realizing that legally you need a USDA license to sell them.) Two females would be a lot easier. Good luck...If you do not have Caroline MacPherson's book SUGAR GLIDERS, it is a must have!
