I have been trying to organize a railroad to transport my new glider from Tampa, FL to Lexington, KY. I would like to say thank you to everyone that has volunteered. I couldn't do this without you! I almost have everything set up, but I am still short a few volunteers. I have a choice of two alternative routes. For route #1 I need volunteeers to cover the following distances :
Mobile to Montgomery, Ala. (170 miles)
Montgomery to Birmingham, Ala.(91 miles)
Birmingham to Memphis, Tn.(238 miles) and Memphis to Nashville (208 miles)
OR
Birmingham to Nashville, Tn. (193 miles)
(A volunteer in Nashville has agreed to meet someone halfway between Birmingham and Nashville, so the distance per person is 96.5 miles.)
Route #2 volunteers needed to cover:
Hattiesburg, MS to Jackson, MS (89.9 miles)
Jackson, MS to Eudora, AR (121 miles)
Once these distances are covered, the railroad will be complete  Please let me know if you or anyone you know can help!
