As most of you know, I had a recent death of my glider that I only had for about 10 days. Now that time has gone by, Im gettin angry. Everyone I know and the vet said that it was nothing that I did. I want to know if and how I could get my money back. The place I bought her only has a 3 day refund act. I feel cheated. Bourbon and Irish know my situation with that place. Do I try? Thanks for any advice.

You should do what you feel is best! If this was the breeders fault then deffinatly do what you can to get your money back and make sure this doesnt happen again! I do not know the legalities but I am sure there are many people here that do... Kimi

Go to the breeder and say, "I bought a sugar glider(if you kept the reciet, show it). It died after 10 days. The vet feels it was nothing I did. Could I please have my money back?" If it is a half decent breeder, they'll give you your money back. If it isn't, this was a first step and you, your friends, and people at this board can help you decide wheather you want to take action, such as seeing if they are a registered breeder, if other people who bought from that breeder have had similar exsperiences, ect. 2 tips. Always ask if the breeder would be willing to give you a 30 day health garuntee. Ask people who have bought from that breeder their exsperiences. This is for the future.

Absolutely, Lin. Go to the breeder and nicely DEMAND your money back or a healthy glider with a 30 day health guarantee. Tell the breeder you will go to the BBB, ASCPA, USDA, state attorney general if your complaint is not properly handled. Then, do not make your threat an idle one. Go to those authorities and report the breeder. Hopefully, this will keep the breeder from hurting other gliders and breaking the hearts of new owners. If you are young, Lin, take an older person with you - like maybe you dad. (Unfortunately, men sometimes carry a little more weight even today.) The important thing is to be FIRM and do not back down on your demands.
