i know gliders are nocturnal but i also know in there natural habitat there is moonlight at night, so how dark is too dark, my room where i keep them is pitch black at night, but they can still tell the diffence of night and day because of my window that provides very nice low light for them, anyway is that to dark?

I have a night light in my room for the gliders. Right now they are in my living room and I leave the back light on for them. I figure that a little light is better than no light. After my eyes adjust in the dark it is still hard to distinguish things. I know their eyes are better than mine but I figure that they might like the small light source. Some gliders will bark until their owners put a little night light on.

well sugar gliders shouldn't be in pitch black leave your bathroom light on or somthing dim because in the wild they're used to a bit of moon light.!
