I want to know if I should bring my glider to CA for a trip. I might be going for about 2 weeks and I MIGHT not be able to bring my cage. He's about 16 weeks old and almost adult size. Can he survive in a small bird cage or something smaller than his cage right now (which is like 3'x1.5'x1.5')?

I suggest you pay a pet store to take care of them . I just went away for a month and let mine be taken care of by a friend when I got back my female had died . It's probably your best bet. If you take them with you .You cannot bring them on a plane with you they will have to go below because you know how much noise they make.It is also illegal to bring a sugar glider into California for whatever reason. So just prep some food give it to the pet store they will usually charge you about 50 a week to board it and feed it. and if it dies you get your money back unlike leaving it with a friend
