I've got three males and one of them have started raping his own brother! The little one says NO with a lot of noise but this continues several days now - why are they acting like this and how can I prevent this?

Now that they are reaching sexual maturity, they are eager to mate. Since there are no females, your best option is to have them neutered or separate them. This "mating" can turn into something very nasty causing injury or death to your glider. I would definitely separate them until you decide which course to take.
