I hit the wrong button...my bad! When I first started researching I found a list of fruit and veggies with Ca:Ph levels, but now I can't seem to find it anywhere. Can someone tell me if they know of a good chart for reference? My girl loves corn and lima beans, but if I'm correct, these levels would be way off. I would like to vary her diet with things she likes but are also good when used with BML. Thanks!

http://www.iguananden.com this place has a good section on the Ph:Ca level in fruits and vegetables. Angie
