Have you been to Bourbon's bonding page? This page is really helpful. I used it on all six of my gliders and only one is still standoffish but that is because she wasn't handled by her previous owner. If you follow it closely your glider will start trusting you. It may take a while but just be patient. Here is the link:

The bonding process can take much longer than originally anticipated by the new owner. Like Rachel2 I also have a female who has been difficult ... to say the least. It has taken a year to gain her trust, and she still does not like being picked up.
Each glider's personality is different and the bonding process must be geared to their time table ... not ours.
Your patience and hard work will be well rewarded though.

Try using the Mott's flavored applesauces for "licky" treats for her. Dip your finger in it and bring it to her to lick and do this a lot so she'll start trusting your hand and will eventually see your hand as something good. It is also on Bourbon's bonding page and Bourbon told me to use that on my gliders for a "licky" treat. It really works. I'm going to send you a picture of an example of me giving my female a "licky treat. raspberry

only let them lick it once or twice.. do NOT let them lick till it is gone, for they will bite to get more.
