Every night when our gliders go out to forage they leave theyre joey in theyre christmas stocking "thats where they sleep" alone . It sits in there doing is baby cry all night then in the mornig when they go to sleep they come back nurse it and it decides to be quiet. Is this normal? Is it possibly a sign that they will abandon theyre joey? Please answer.

I am not sure what to say, i don't yet have joeys. How old is your joey? Is it old enough to be coming out with the parents to play? if the joey is pretty young I would at least watch the parents and make sure that they do feed the joey, and also sometimes check the joey to see if it is cold. Also, how old are the parents? maybe they are too young to know just what to do. I hope that this helps. I am very sorry...

It is fairly normal for the parents to leave the joey in the nest while they eat and play for a while. Signs of joeys being abandoned include leaving joeys on the floor or biting or scratching the joey.
