my gliders seem real active, and I cannot tell if they are eating, I have three and feed them the amount of food for 2 gliders and there is always so much left over I cannot tell if they ate or not. I was only feeding them mealies and cricket about 2 a week and noticed that I should be feeding them 4 or 5 a day! So I started feeding more of these and it is like my girls are on a hunger strike meat or nothing!!!!!!

As long as they are active and acting "normal" for them, just make sure you keep offering them the proper proportions of meat/veggies. You might consider cutting back on the quantity so that you are able to tell just how much they are eating. Sometimes my gliders eat everything but the bowl and sometimes there is food leftover. If they eat it all, you can always offer them a little more in the morning. You didn't mention how old they are? If they are very young, then they probably don't eat all that much. Please keep us posted. Oh, if you cut back on the quantity of food and still don't think they are eating, then perhaps a vet check is in order. Better to be safe than sorry.

How's the weather been where you are? Sometimes when it's stormy here, my gliders tend not to eat as much. Also on nights of a full moon they don't quite have their normal appetites. This is just a thought, but like Karen suggested... if this does continue a check up would be a good idea!

What time of day do you feed the bugs? Try feeding them in the morning...that way they will eat all their normal food at night.

I feed the bugs first, I will have to try in the morning instead. The girls are 6mths and are very agressive for those bugs they draw blood everynight! bitting my finger and not the bug! Then they hold on to my finger forever like I am still holding their precious bug and may take it away! My boy is a yr old and doesn't eat bugs, The weather here in Illinois is so screwy it has stormed a few times lately. I didn't give them any bugs last night and they knocked over there leadbeaters bowl. So they ate all there fruit.... crazy critters
