Our classroom glider is really grumpy and doesn't seem to want to be social. We have had him 2 weeks, is this normal?

Sugar gliders are nocturnal (spelling?) meaning they are not up during the day. If you trying to wake him up that's why he's grumpy. It's like someone trying to wake you up in the middle of the night; I'm sure you would be grumpy too
